Rose has been evaluated as show quality. However, her strength is in her athletic abilities, her intelligence, and her wonderful personality.

Warda is Arabic for "Rose"

For fans of “Harry Potter” (which we all are), her star is her most striking feature, in the shape of the lightning mark on Harry's forehead!

Her dam is HMT Morousa, a chestnut daughter of The Minstril out of a daughter of The Egyptian Prince (*Morafic x *Bint Mona) and *Ibn Moniet El Nefous daughter. Her grand sire is The Minstril. He is, without question, the leading living Egyptian Sire, a true Living Legend.

Her sire, Curundu Ezra, is by Curundu Java, by Bahim Hisan (see reference sires), out of a daughter of national champion *Asadd. Ezra is out of Curundu Tzer, a daughter of Bahim Hisan out of Mokhtara Rose, the only SE daughter of *El Mokhtar, who was the horse in the race scenes in the movie The Black Stallion Returns.

Rose shows at WCAHA and Whitehaven Plantation

Rose finally made it to her first show, owner handled, and despite that handicap, took home the blue ribbon from the yearling halter class at the WhiteHaven Plantation open show, with many compliments from the judge and spectators. Rosie also won sport horse yearling class at WCAHA.

Rose has now successfully competed twice in sport horse competition. She has also started her groundwork. Rosie is in training at Jamieson Equicenter.
